Washington University offers an free evidence-based trainings: Question Persuade Refer (QPR) for faculty, staff, and students. QPR is offered as online training and is also available as an in-person training for groups.
If you prefer, you may request an in-person QPR training for your group.

Instructions for QPR Online training (45 minutes)
- Navigate to the QPR Institute
- Enter the code (Students use “WUSTL” and Staff/Faculty use “WUSTL-STAFF”)
- Select Create Account
- Complete and submit registration form
- QPR will display and email the newly created Username and Password.
- Log in to begin training at The QPR Institute’s Gatekeeper Training
