Check in with yourself
- Are you sleep deprived?
- Are you sick?
- Did you take medication?
- Did you consume another substance?
All of the above can impact your experience with alcohol.
Before drinking
- Charge your phone
- Plan a 100% sober ride home
- Eat (protein is a great option!)
- Set a drinking limit
While drinking
- Track how much you are drinking
- Alternate alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic drinks
- Respect others’ decisions not to drink
