We provide health and well-being information and education to support students’ personal and social development.
Students learn to build healthy decision-making skills, reduce risk and feel empowered to make choices supporting their own health.
Topics include substance use, risk reduction, eating well, sexual health, sleep, practicing mindfulness, managing stress, connecting with others, mood and anxiety and more.
