Check in with yourself

  • Are you sleep deprived?
  • Are you sick?
  • Did you take medication?
  • Did you consume another substance?

All of the above can impact your experience with alcohol.

Before drinking

  • Charge your phone
  • Plan a 100% sober ride home
  • Eat (protein is a great option!)
  • Set a drinking limit

While drinking

  • Track how much you are drinking
  • Alternate alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic drinks
  • Respect others’ decisions not to drink
